Grief Counseling

Are you struggling with the loss of a spouse or loved one? Grieving all of the changes with your health or the life you had before your illness? Are you finding it challenging to cope with the overwhelming emotions of infertility and the challenges of trying to expand your family? Adjusting to life as an “empty nester” or had a sudden career change? You are not alone. Dealing with grief and loss is a difficult journey that calls for support, patience and guidance as you go through the healing process. This is where I come in to help.

Grief is a natural response to loss. There is no specific timeline or way to grieve. Each individual has their own unique memories and experiences that shape their response to grief. Sharing your story with a grief therapist will not only help ease your pain, but also help you to process many of the complex emotions and feelings you may be experiencing and assist you with feeling less alone. Grief can arise from a multitude of causes such as - losing a loved one, facing a medical illness, housing insecurity or loss, job loss, infertility, abortion, or ending of a relationship. I have extensive training and experience in grief and can walk alongside you during your journey through grief and healing.
